Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses suits are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items. 

Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you. 

Formal Dresses 
It will take 10 to 15 days to tailor your dresses by professional dressmaker. we use DHL express for shipping, it will take 3 to 7 working days for you to receive your package. We will email you a shipping notice with a tracking number after we dispatch your parcel. 
 

Order Cancellations 
All dresses ordered from us can be cancelled within 24 hours free of charge, no questions asked. However, because your dress is a one-off tailor made for your special day, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 30% of the item price. Orders cannot be cancelled after 3 business days. Thanks for your understanding.

If you registered as a member in our website, you can click "my account" and log in, then you can check your order status in your account. we ship it via DHL to worldwide. DHL tracking wbesite is www.dhl.com.
